In 2005 during a time of intense worship and prayer, God inspired Apostle Sherita L. Smith, to form a local church, which began the birthing vision for Healing Hearts Ministries. As the vision began to emerge. Apostle Smith was consecrated, ordained, and released into the five-fold function, office of a Pastor on July 24, 2010. It was then, that she established Healing Hearts Worship Center, currently found in Temple Hills, MD.

In addition, Apostle Sherita L. Smith, is the founder of Preach Pretty Preach Power and I’m That Girl, LLC platforms which both allow her to cultivate her many gifts, all while being in alignment with the word of God. She passionately believes, “that the heartbeat of God is souls,” and the heartbeat of her ministry is best illustrated, in Isaiah 61:1-2.

She is a mother to her impressionable kids, to whom she is devoted to and loves more than words can utter. She is a co-author of a book entitled “And He Still Speaks.” which was released in February 2011. She is a teacher, preacher, spiritual mother, an international speaker, psalmist, role model, demon slayer, mentor, and so much more.

Apostle Sherita is a dynamic, powerful, anointed woman of God who has been called and anointed to reach others with humor, warmth, transparency and strength. She is a firecracker in the pulpit, flows in the prophetic, known for her preach pretty style, and she walks boldly when it comes down to God's business.
